How to use it: ideal for reviewing the main topics of soil consolidation in a light and engaging way. It can be used during theoretical review sessions, exam preparation, pre-lab refreshers, or as an active learning tool in group settings. The game stimulates technical reasoning, reinforces key concepts, and promotes collaborative learning.
What do you need? Only the PDF files available on this page are needed. Simply print the cards on A4 sheets (double-sided) and cut them as indicated. All necessary content is included on the cards themselves — no glossary, answer key, or extra materials required. Students can use the game independently, with minimal supervision. We recommend printing the board in A3 size for better visibility. The rules fit on a single A4 sheet.

All aspects of this game were developed by Dr Bruna Lopes. It served as the starting point for the creation of the GeoFUN project. Dr Mariana Chrusciak contributed to the content review, helping to enhance the technical and educational clarity of the material.
Before the final version, the game was tested with a focus group of students (Ethics Protocol No. 50353521.0.0000.5302 – 2021 – UFRR). Their feedback was used to improve the clarity of the questions, the board game dynamics, and the educational effectiveness of the material.
